QATAR NATIONAL SCHOOL ACCREDITATION (QNSA)
Following Qatar National School Accreditation’s (QNSA) visit under the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (Evaluation Institute) which took place from the 29th of September until the 6th of October 2020, Pearling Season International School was granted the QNS- Accreditation for its great performance and adherence to the criteria of high quality education.
QNSA inspectors observed lessons, met with staff and spoke to students at PSI. The educational program was thoroughly evaluated and verified to have met high standards.
PSI’s academic and administration team work tirelessly to demonstrate commitment to an outstanding education whilst aiming to become global pioneers in education, blending strong traditional values with modern teaching styles and learning technology.
We are very happy QNSA has recognized our high performance in international examinations and that PSI is truly an environment which fosters academic excellence.
The accreditation is one clear indicator that PSI has the resources to attain its stated purposes and that the school has passed a quality assurance process, where its educational program is evaluated and verified to have met high standards.
PSI is now accepting Educational Vouchers provided by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education to Qatari students for the current academic year 2020/2021.

ISO 21001:2018
Educational organizations — Management systems for educational organizations
ISO 21001:2018 specifies requirements for a management system for educational organizations (EOMS) when such an organization:
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to support the acquisition and development of competence through teaching, learning or research;
b) aims to enhance satisfaction of learners, other beneficiaries and staff through the effective application of its EOMS, including processes for improvement of the system and assurance of conformity to the requirements of learners and other beneficiaries.
All requirements of ISO 21001:2018 are generic and intended to be applicable to any organization that uses a curriculum to support the development of competence through teaching, learning or research, regardless of the type, size or method of delivery.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality management systems
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
PEARSON EDEXCEL
PSIS is an accredited centre for the Pearson Edexcel exam board. The school received its exam certification in 2018 and has continued to successfully host exam series for IGCSE and AS and IAL level candidates.
Intended to propel students’ aptitudes while improving knowledge, Edexcel’s specifications help students either progress to higher education or go into work-life. They are grounded in the quality and conventions of the British education framework made applicable for the present UK and global students.
In the UK, Edexcel specifications are appropriate for a wide scope of students from 14 to 19. Worldwide schools can likewise offer the Edexcel Primary and Lower Secondary Curricula for students from 8 to 19 years of age.
